4 Deposit & Withdrawal

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your cuci7 account login credentials secure. cuci7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Anyone claiming to be cuci7 staff and requesting your password is a scammer.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Do not log in to your cuci7 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.

8 Inactive Account

An account that shows no login activity or transactions within a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as an "inactive account." cuci7 reserves the right to impose a monthly management fee on inactive accounts to cover administrative costs.

Before any fee is charged, cuci7 will send a notification to the member's registered email address as a reminder. Members may reactivate their account at any time simply by logging in to the platform. The balance in an inactive account will not be lost, but will be reduced by management fees charged periodically until the balance reaches zero.

9 Account Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the cuci7 support team. Prior to closure, all related wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance may be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process.

Cuci7 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Registering multiple accounts.
• Using unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
